This Policy is incorporated into and governed by the Master Purchase and Subscription Agreement (“Agreement”).

We may collect the following categories of information in connection with providing Equipment and Services:
Account Information: Customer name, business name, address, email, phone number, billing information.
Device and Fleet Data: GPS location, vehicle movement, engine hours, miles driven, diagnostic data, and other telematics information.
Driver and User Data: Hours‑of‑Service logs, DVIR entries, IFTA mileage, inspection data, and other compliance‑related information.
Technical Information: IP addresses, device identifiers, app usage data, and system performance metrics.
Communications: Emails, support requests, and text message interactions.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to:
Provide, maintain, and support Equipment and Services
Ensure FMCSA and DOT compliance
Improve system performance and user experience
Process payments and manage accounts
Communicate service updates, notices, and support information
Comply with legal, regulatory, and safety obligations

We do not sell Customer information. We may share information only as necessary to:
Provide Services through authorized subcontractors or licensors

All third parties are required to maintain confidentiality and use information solely for permitted purposes.
4. Mobile Information & Messaging Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This includes phone numbers, text message content, opt‑in data, and consent records.
All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt‑in data and consent; this information will not be shared with or obtained by any third parties.

Upon termination, data may continue to be stored as required by law or regulatory agencies.

Customer is responsible for:
Obtaining all legally required consents from drivers and users
Ensuring lawful use of Equipment and Services
Notifying users of tracking, monitoring, and data collection activities
8. Access, Updates, and Requests
Customers may request updates or corrections to their account information by contacting Company support. Additional verification may be required to protect account security.
9. Changes to This Policy
Company may update this Policy from time to time. Continued use of Equipment or Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
